General Conditions

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 15.00 to 19.00. If you plan to arrive at a different time, please make arrangements with the management.
CHECK-OUT: On the departure day, we ask our guests to leave the apartments before 10.00.

Minimum rental period:
3 nights (low and mid season)
1 week (high season).

INCLUDED IN PRICE::
Water, gas, heating, pool, parking, weekly linen change and final cleaning.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival your deposit can be used in the future for a different reservation, depending on availability. Any later than this, the deposit cannot be applied to future rentals and are not refundable.

Bookings and payments

You may book by FAX or E-MAIL.

The reservation will only be valid on receipt of an advance payment of 20 % of the cost of your stay.

The Bank details will be provided on request.

The balance (80%) will be paid on your arrival by cash.

Unregistered guests may not sleep in the estate without the expressed approval of management.

*All bank expenses and commissions are charged to the client.
